All trees need to have crown size reduced, as getting too large for their setting. T1 Cherry - reduce by 20%, T2 & 3 Ash - reduce by 30% T4 & 5 Lime - reduce by 30%, T5 - reduce by 30% and remove branches rubbing against telephone wire, T1,2,3 are in rear garden along boundary fence with No 7 Northumberland Avenue. T4,5 & 6 are in front garden running along inside of boundary hedge to Northumberland Avenue. The trees are within Benton conservation area.

1. Apple tree - Prune back branches from neighbouring tree. 2. Crab Apple - Reduce height by 0.5m and prune back sides to shape up to 1.2m. 3. Whitebeam - crown reduce and reshape by 2.5m. 4. Rowan - crown reduce and reshape by 1m. 5. Crab Apple - crown reduce and reshape by 1m. 6. Rowan - crown reduce and reshape by 2m. 7. Maple - crown reduce and reshape by 2.5m. 8. Maple - crown reduce and reshape by 2.5m. 9. Plum - remove righthand stem, crown reduce and reshape remainder by 2m. 10. Rowan - prune back to boundary to give clearance to neighbouring tree and clear boundary fence.

Remove two branches from Sycamore tree (T3) and prune 1no Willow (G1) which overhang the car park back inline with the boundary fence.
