Trees in a Conservation Area: G1 Willow - Tie in loose growth and trim, T4, T6 Sycamore - reduce height by 2-3m, prune to balance crown, T5 Ash - option 1 re-inspect in the summer to check for signs of Ash dieback, option 2 Fell as close to ground level as practical, G2 Larch, Elm, Cherry - crown lift, prune back in line with high wire boundary fence to a height of 4m, G3 Laurel, Privet, Cotoneaster, Elder - Trim shrubs, T10 Yew - prune to give 2m clearance from the building and G4 Fruit trees- trim/prune and shape.

Trees in a Conservation Area: T1 Lime - Cut back trees overhanging boundary, by maximum of 3m, T2 Horse Chestnut - Cut back branch overhanging fence and G3 Yew & Holly - Cut back trees overhanging boundary.

Tree group G3 Hanging branch and deadwood removal Post Storm Arwen damage sustained to any retained trees of site where required branches to be pruned back to suitable pruning point.
