T1 Scots pine: Current height & span 10m - cut the lowest drooping limb on the side of no.155 back to the main stem; T2 beech located in the rear garden of no.153: Current height 25-30m & span approx 20m - Reduce one smaller limb, which overhangs the boundary from 153 to 155 by approx 2-3m, to just in front of the boundary line; T4 Scots pine: Current height & span 20m - Reduce low corner of tree by approx 3-4m to allow more light, raise the lowest drooping limbs and thin out select branches throughout the crown where appropriate to reduce limb weight; T5 & T6 limes: Current height 30m & span 15-20m - Crown thin by approx 30% and reduce select limbs away from the roof of no.157 by 2-3m; T7 Scots pine: Current height 25m & span 15m - Cut the lowest drooping limbs back to the main stem; T8 holly: Current height 15m & span 3m - Reduce height by approx 5-7m.

Beech (T1) - Crown lift of lower branches up to 6.5 meters high away from the neighbours property. Silver Birch (T3) - Reduce the top of the tree by approximately 5 meters due to it heavily leaning over the bungalow roof. Currently 12 meters tall after the reduction will be no smaller than 7 meters tall. Laurels (G1) - Thin out and coppice group of small Laurel trees by no more than 40% removing the smaller, leaning trees. This is to let more light in and make the back of the garden more accessible as well as allowing the more mature, straighter Laurel trees to have more room to grow.

4 cherry & 1 purple plum (G1): Raise the lower branches to approximately 2.4m above the drive; T1 sycamore: Remove the branches touching the BT line; T2 crab apple: Remove the 2 lower branches encroaching on the roof; T3 leaning plum: Reduce away from the patio leaving a framework at approximately 3 to 4m in height; T4 purple plum: Reduce from approximately 8 to 6m in height and from approximately 9 to 6m in width; T5 Yew: Reduce from approximately 5 to 4m in height and from approximately 2.5 to 1.5m in width; H1 cotoneaster: Reduce from approximately 3.5 to 2m in height and prune back the sides to encourage lower growth.

Sycamore (T1): Height 7m - raise to 3.5-37m to clear wall by 1.5-2m; Acacia (T2): Height 7m - raise to 3.5-37m to clear wall by 1.5-2m; Bay (T3): Height 7m - raise to 3.5-37m to clear wall by 1.5-2m; London Plane (T4) (Tag 1634): Height 18m, Width 8m - crown clean and reduce limbs to over building to create a 2m clearance; Lime (T5) (Tag 1624): Height 12m, Width 4.5m - remove deadwood and singular decayed branch; Cut Leaf Beech (T6): Height 13m, Width 5m - Raise lower branches off the wall to create a 1.5-2m clearance; Weeping Ash (T7): Height 7m - Raise branches off roof to give a 1.5-2m clearance; Holly (T8): Height 8m - remove.

T1624 large leaved lime: Remove the decayed branch tip a 10m from ground level to the west; T1641 weeping ash: Tip reduce the low branches to the south in contact with the roof; T1663 damson: Fell to ground level.

Oak (T1): Remove branches overhanging Church Hall roof to clear guttering.

T97 Birch: Fell; T294 Elm: Fell; T431 (species unknown): Fell; T453 sycamore: Remove dead section of stem and reduce radial crown spread from 8m to 5m and shape; T518 silver birch: Fell to ground level; T537 elm: Fell to ground level; T656 rowan: Fell to ground level; T750 sycamore: Fell to ground level; T761 cherry: Crown raise over roof allowing for 1m clearance; T819 hawthorn: Fell to ground level and replace;

T1 & T2 hollies: Fell; T3 oak: Crown lift secondary branches to 5m, clear the neighbour's roof to provide 1.5m clearance and clear the front of the house to provide 1m of clearance; G4: Re-pollard at 1.5m.

Quercus Ilex (T1): Reduce branches back from the near roof apex to give 2m clearance from contact; Prunus (T2): Prune out some of the tall epicormic growth by 1-2 meters; Robinia (T3): Remove tree to ground level.

T1 Yew, current height 12m, width 7m: Crown reduce lateral branches by approximately 2.0m due to branches becoming close to buildings; T2 Pine, current height 23m, width 10.2m: Raise crown by shortening and removing offending branches to create a 4m clearance from the roof structure.
