Reasons: The tree is located in the rear garden to the right hand side of the rear boundary, Felling as the tree has become an undesirable species for its location, Due to the location, the tree is in conflict with the boundary fence

(T3) Neighbouring Yew in Dulwich Village C of E Infants' School - Remove x2 bottom branches encroaching over fence and reduce all overhanging branches back to 0.5m from boundary fence line (leaving some growth hanging over boundary line) - (encroaching over boundary line of no. 32 Gilkes Crescent).

-Goat Willow tree approximately 9m in height and a young Oak tree approximately 7.5m in height: trim back overhanging branches. - Goat Willow tree approximately 6m in height situated at the far end of the apiary. Branches overhanging the hives to be cut back and a dead stem removed. - Dead tree leaning into the apiary from the Dulwich Wood side. Fell at ground level and remove. - (T2) Two Oak trees approximately 10m in height situated in the bottom left hand corner of the allotments close to the boundary with the golf club. Low branches to be lifted to 3m above ground level and trimmed back to growth points together with the removal of dead wood. - (T3) Oak tree approximately 12m in height situated in the grounds of the golf club and adjacent with the fence with the allotments. Low branches to be lifted to 3m above ground level and trimmed back to growth points together with the removal of dead wood.

To fell self seeded Sycamore tree in between the gardens of 23 Graces Mews and 77 Camberwell Grove in unregistered land which ends at the boundary fence of 77 Camberwell Grove. The crown now extends over the garden of 23 Graces Mews causing excessive shading and blocking daylight to the house. Plant a Prunus Hillieri Spire in place of the sycamore

Horse Chestnut (T1) - Fell Self seeded horse chestnut that has grown too large for its current environment. It is pushing against the boundary fence and causing light issues for properties on both sides. Has been on a cyclical reduction programme so is not a fine specimen. Recommendation is to replant with a native species in a more suitable location.
