Tree has been thinned historically, the garden has 2 other large ash trees, rather than reduce all of these trees, it would be much better for long term management to remove the twin stem Ash tree nearest the house. Remove to ground level and poison stump. T2: Medium Ash tree on right hand side of garden. Causing excessive shading. Crown thin by 30% and lift canopy to 4m. T3: Medium twin stem with included bark at rear middle of garden. Causing excessive shading. Crown thin by 30% and lift canopy to 4m.

Works to trees in a conservation area: T1 - Large Sycamore tree on the right-hand side of front garden. The tree is causing excessive shading to property. Routine maintenance, reduce by 30% to previous points and remove lower limb on right-hand side of the tree growing towards building. T2 - Large lime tree in middle of front garden. Re-pollard to previous historic points and remove lateral limbs growing towards building. Tree is currently touching flats which is also suffering with issues of light and damp. Remove lower lateral limb to trunk and lower lateral limbs to be removed from stems growing towards house where more vertical branches are available.

Stem close to the building to be removed, canopy lifted and reduced by 4m to just above the magpie nest and remaining canopy reshaped accordingly. T2 - Cordaline. Significant die back. Remove and grub out stump. T3 - Large Goat Willow tree. Remove snapped out hanging limb. Lift canopy towards house by removing 3 lower lateral branches to trunk.

Hawthorn tree approximately 6m in height situated down the left hand side boundary of the front garden. Crown thin by 20% including removal of deadwood and water shoots together with lifting low branches over Privet hedge. Branches encroaching towards house to be trimmed back to convenient growth points to form more compact specimen. Height to be reduced by 1.5m.

Sycamore in rear garden to be felled to ground level and removed. Reasons: 1. Concerns as very close to the house. 2. Taking all the light from the rear of property and surrounding neighbours gardens. 3. Consideration to neighbours. 4. There is a much larger mature Sycamore in the middle of the garden which is the dominant specimen, we would simply like to remove the unwanted self seeded younger tree near the house, leaving the main tree as the focal point. 5. The garden is far to small for any other trees other than the main Sycamore.

Blocking half a window, reducing light into the house. T2. Cypress tree. remove. Situated close to the rear left hand corner of the house, grub out the roots. Approximately 9 meters in height. Tree is blocking natural light into the house. T3. Cypress tree. Remove. Situated close to the bottom left hand corner of the rear garden. Grub out the roots. Approximately 7.5 meters in height. Tree is dying. The property and garden are being renovated.

T1 - Spanish Oak tree in front garden. Tree is causing shading to plant border below. Crown thin canopy by 20%, lift canopy to 4m and reduce canopy back from house to give 1.5m clearance.

Pollard to previous points and remove lower lateral limbs growing towards the house. Apply for tree works every 2 years under a 6 year cycle. T2 - Medium Magnolia tree in front garden, tree is dominating light, but is not symmetrical due to other trees adjacent and light suppression. Remove dog leg branch and lateral branch at rear. T3 - Medium Holm Oak tree. This has grown significantly in the front garden and causing excessive shade. Section fell to ground level and poison stump. T4 - Medium Elderflower tree. Tree has fallen down. Remove. T6 - Neighbours? Conifer tree on RHS, reduce to original boundary line.

REVISED SPECIFICATION: T1: Multi-stemmed bifuricated Beech: Lateral reduction by up to 3m to natural branch junctions, retaining form and branch structure. To reduce tree with 8.5m radial spread to 5.5m radial spread (in any one direction). Up to 2m reduction in height. Reason: To cut back overhang from house and maintain tree as a smaller specimen in relation to the house and grounds.
