G1 - seven trees growing along the boundary of the car park. Starting from car park entrance - 1x Acer, 1x Malus, 1x Sorbus, 1x Crataegus, 1x Betula, 2x Prunus. All trees to be crown lifted to 4m over path and car park. HAR/CA30.

3 Lawson Cypress are cracking and damaging the boundary wall indicated in the sketch plan, would like to propose to fell. HAR/CA36.

T1 failed willow tree - located at the rear of the back garden on the church boundary. Multi-stemmed willow tree has failed at the base and is currently hung up in adjacent tree. Proposal to fell and remove for safety and replant with silver birch tree in similar location. T2 dead willow tree approximately 5 metres from T1. Tree is dead, fell and remove for safety, replant with mountain Ash tree in similar location. T3 dead willow stem, standing dead stem covered in bracket fungus, structurally unsafe, fell and remove for safety. Replant with oak in similar location. HAR/CA20.

T1 Self Seeded Sycamore on Rear Boundary (Poss. Unclaimed land) of 27 Cambridge Rd, we intend to sympathetically reduce lowest lateral branches by 1.5-2m and remove deadwood, in accordance with BS 3998. HAR/CA12.

T1 - removal of one large spruce tree due to being close to the boundary wall and in poor health. T2 - removal of one conifer tree due to being close to the boundary wall and hanging over the neighbours garage. HAR/CA36.

T1 - Prune Apple located at the side of shed on the rear boundary according to the following specifications: ??? Reduce the longer limbs by approximately 1 metre to reduce the size of the canopy. T2 - Prune Himalayan Birch located at the rear of the property according to the following specifications: ??? Reduce selected upper limbs by upto 2 metres, shaping the top of the tree. Reduce side lateral branches by upto 1.5 metres to control spread. T3 - Prune Apple located at the left of the Himalayan Birch at the rear of the property according to the following specifications: ??? Low limb to the rear left hand side of the tree, reduce by approximately 50% to the repalcement limb. Undertake light crown lifting to allow access beneath the crown. T4 - Prune Portuguese Laurel located at the side of the Magnolia according to the following specifications: ??? Reduce in height by 12-18 inches and trim the sides hard back maintaining greenery. T5 - Prune Magnolia located at the side of the netted fruit area according to the following specifications: ??? Low limb over the netted fruit area. Reduce the low limb to an appropriate replacement limb. Reduce the secondary limbs growing towards the path. HAR/CA30, TPO 160W.

Poplar Trees X10 along the rear boundary to be reduce by half (we believe there was permission granted two years ago and only one was done)

Beech T1 - Crown lift to 4m Sycamore T2-T4 crown reduce in heigh by 5m and sides by 3m Sycamore T5 crown reduction to bring down from 15m to 10-12m. Oak T6 crown reduction 10m to 7m. Fir T7 crown reduction from 6m to 3m. Ash T8 crown reduction from 10m to 5-6m. Fir T9 crown reduction from 6m to 3m. Ash T10-11 crown reduction from 8m to 5m. All trees are on the boundary and close to neighbours houses. HAR/CA34.

Removal of large Conifer. Property outlined in red on attached 1:125 plan. Tree identified on 1:5 plan. Is approx 35ft high, on a lawn bank at the front of the house, just inside south west boundary hedge. Has outgrown its location in the 25 years we have lived there. It has lost some lower branches and is ugly and brown. The roots are protruding through the lawn in places and are a trip hazard. The lawn surrounding the tree is dying back as dead material from tree drops on it. The tree is also growing into another tree in garden next door and into the telegraph wires above. Neighbours would be pleased to see the tree removed, and replaced with a more attractive, smaller evergreen. HAR/CA29, TPO 77W
