RE: Tree work at above address (see sketch attached). The following proposed work is intended to address the main safety issues with the school trees including the removal of playground overhang providing perching point for pigeons rendering the playground unusable. (The pigeon mess issue as pointed out by staff and inspectors). 1 Ash - Fell to low stump. 2 Small dead Elm and other dead Ash in woodland area - Fell to low stump. 3 Goat Willow - Reduce on playground side by 3 to 4m. 4 Two Sycamore stems - Fell to low stumps. 5 Two Sycamore stumps - Fell to low stumps. 6 Two Ash stems - Fell to low stumps. 7 General Foliage - Cut back woody foliage to woodland side of fence. 8 Manchester Poplar (very poor condition with large dead section and advanced decay in stem) - Reduce to 3m (approx) stem. 9 Crack Willow (inappropriate tree with too many large species trees already in the area) - Fell to low stump 10 Group of Two Planes and one Oak - Remove major dead wood. Mature Lindon tree. Remove lower branches, to 'lift' the canopy by 2 meters. This will clear the lower hanging branches from the garden and fence line. - HAR/CA15

Tree Identified as T1 on the attached tree location plan. Medium sized Willow tree located adjacent to the boundary fence at the rear of the property. Willow tree is extensively overgrown and is noted to be causing issues with the boundary fence and associated fence foundations. The tree has also caused complaints from the adjoining owner of Cranbourne Court due to the tree depositing leafs and branches onto their car port roofs and onto parked cars. Sections of boundary fence are noted to be damaged due to the proximity of the tree to the fenceline. This tree requires removing to ground level in order to undertake repair works to the fence foundations which will enable the reinstatement of the fence panels. - HAR/CA15 , TPO#: T161 - 15N

Removal of large conifer in rear near house approaching house height and if it fell would hit the house. The root system is starting to undermine fencing. If removal is not possible then a significant reduction and sympathetic reshape at the very least. There are also two large apple trees which drop an excessive amount of fruit that I would like to trim back. Admittedly, along with other fruit and vegetables that are grown in both my neighbours gardens, I think they are the main reason for a rat infestation that we had last year. It would be great to just chop these back 1/2m and make them more manageable. HAR/CA21.

T1 Sycamore - fell. Self-seeded against fence and will damage boundary fence, also too close to building and interfering with overhead cables. - HAR/CA33

T1 - Removal of 1 conifer tree to ground level due to damaging fence. T2 - Thin out by 20% maximum 1 oak tree to let light in. T3 - Removal of 1 holly tree causing damage to neighbouring damage. T1 - reduce 1 silver birch tree by 30%, T2 - reduce 1 cherry tree by half and remove deadwood (looks like it is dying), T3 - reduce 1 cherry tree by 25%, T4 - reduce 1 tree in the neighbouring property to fence height as previous cutting. - HAR/CA29 , TPO#: A1 - 79W

1.Fell sycamore sapling, it is damaging the boundary fencing and also causes excessive shading. 2.Fell cherry tree, the roots have damaged the concrete base of a substantial outbuilding and there is also potential danger to the conservatory of a neighboring property. 3.Reduce silver birch crown by 20%, potential danger to main building and causing excessive shading.
