Various Conifers (G1 )- Crown reduce the mixed group of conifers along the west side of the drive by up to 3 meters each, also removing the dead tree. False acacia (T2) - Removal of the false acacia along the east boundary to ground level. Portuguese laurel (T3) - Reduction of the Portuguese laurel along the west boundary to that of the yews (approximately 2.5 metres in height to there after to be maintained as a hedge). Portuguese laurel (T4) - Removal of the Portuguese laurel in the south corner fo the garden.

Carry out remedial surgery to remove two lower limbs and reduction to previous pruning points. Given the tree's size and it's proximity to the house, the neighbouring property and a boundary wall works required to the Blue Atlas Cedar as a way of maintaining the health and safety of the tree and to allay the concerns of neighbours.

Leylandii (T1) - fell because unsightly, overgrown, of low amenity value and causes excessive shading of neighbour's property. Replant with mix of shrubs and small/fastigate trees (species and positions to be confirmed). Robinia (T2) - fell because on boundary where neighbour wishes to continue stone garden wall, and to allow space for an existing Holm Oak to grow. Replant with small/fastigate tree slightly away from boundary. Cercis (T3) - fell because in poor condition and to allow Holm Oak space to grow. Replant with small/fastigate tree slightly away from boundary. Ash (T4) (self-seeded in last c.15 years) - fell because of excessive shading of neighbour's garden and to allow Holm Oak space to grow. Replant with small/fastigate tree slightly away from boundary. T5 to T8 are small trees which may not require consent but are shown on plan for avoidance of doubt. T7 (Irish yew) is in poor condition. T5-T8 to be removed to allow for replanting of garden. In all, it is intended to plant around 30 new trees in the garden, with native and other appropriate species, particularly around the swimming pool area (indicative plan of new trees shown with "+" signs on attached masterplan; species and positions to be confirmed).

Removal of Leylandi Hedge running across the rear section of the garden of partly along the western boundary including two Leylandi trees. This hedge cuts off the bottom part of the garden leaving a dark+ damp unusable area. It also cuts out light to the rest of the garden. The part of the hedge on the boundary has become over grown and is full of brambles and also cuts out light. The trees would be replaced by native species in a more suitable position to enable wild live friendly planting.

Leylandii Tree. Remove/fell a row of 10 tree closest to the house and initially cut the tops out of the 11 in seconds row. With a view to fell the row inside the boundary mid 2021. The trees felled along the boundary will be replaced with a native species such as beech of similar. Remove and replace the Leylandii due to their height and position in the garden, they block out light most of the year. Losing sunlight during later and early months of the year. Hopefully replace the Leylandii will hopefully encourage wildlife to our garden

Fell to ground level - 1, larger 30/40 ft) close to stone wall, evidence of upward pressure on stone wall. 2 Tree on boundary growing close to overhead lines and impacting on adjacent tree.

a) Silver Birch tree near boundary of garden to 42 North Street. Work as discussed with Gaynor Baldwin on 22nd September 2020: Increase height of canopy all around by approximately 1metre then reduce crown by approx 2 metres. b) Acer at end of garden. Work as discussed above. Remove dead wood and reduce all around by approx 2 metres.

Fell three Conifer Trees. Two of the trees are approx. 30 feet high and are of Leylandii type species. Both these trees are near our rear boundary fence. One of these trees looks like it is dying. The other tree is outgrown its position and its roots are causing damage to rear fence. The third tree is approx. 50 feet high and is a Spruce Tree (Christmas Tree) unfortunately it is causing problems to the nearby drainage sump and ditch it has also lost and shed some braches and is unattractive.

Fell a Beech tree on boundary due to over crowding of trees. Fell a Horse Chestnut Tree on boundary due to over crowding of trees.
