1. Scots Pine - Fell due to poor form and previous branch failures; 2. Yew - Crown lift to provide 2.5 metres clearance above garden level; 3. Yew - Crown lift to provide 2.5 metres clearance above garden level; 4. Yew - Crown lift to provide 2.5 metres clearance above garden level; 5. Laburnum - Remove due to poor form; 6. Laburnum - Remove due to poor form; 7. Birch - Crown lift to provide 2.5 metres clearance over pavement and footpath within property; 8. Beech - Prune to provide a 2.5 metre locus of clearance from any part of the building, and crown reduce the remaining canopy by no more than 2 metres; 9. Lime - Re-pollard to previous pollard point; 10. Lime - Re-pollard to previous pollard point; 11. Lime - Re-pollard to previous pollard point; 12. Pine - Reshape on building side by up to 3 metres to improve visual appearance and provide greater clearance for building.

Oak - Crown reduce lateral branches by no more than 1.5 metres, crown lift by the removal of secondary branches only to provide a maximum clean race of 2.5 metres from garage structure in garden of 38 Castlecroft Gardens. N.B. Notice of intentions submitted by owner of 38 Castlecroft Gardens

T34 - Sweet Chestnut - Reduction to crown by 1 - 1.5m or to a suitable growth point. This work has been specified by PGE landscaping on a tree survey report; I am struggling to justify or give any reasoning for this specification. I would prefer to lift crown to 2.5m from ground level and deadwood. Cedar branch to be removed from Silver Birch crown. Car park tree (Birch) has grown and now rubbing on cedar limb, remove limb or cut back to a suitable growth point. C/A Trees T18 - Holly - Coppice tree to 1m. This small tree has grown over fence and is heavily suppressed on one side.

1- front elevated garden silver birch cavities at stump reason for felling dangerous; 2- rears garden holly reason for felling dangerous fused in to fence large union leaning; 3- embankment owned maintained by client 3 small assuming elder to fells poor growth deads; 4- 1 small limes & sequoia fells deads declining health total 7 trees. Reasons for works poor health decline deads dangerous.

T1 beech tree - crown lift over the garden to 6 metres in height and Prune over garden side and building behind by 1-1.5 metres to maintain shape works to be undertaken to clear garden and property behind and to allow light into the garden

Cherry tree by court yard, reduce height by 1 - 1.5 metres: Holly tree by court yard, reduce height to same height as 'Cherry by court yard'; Cherry by rear patio - reduce back close to previous pruning points; Silver Birch in round border - reduce height by 4- 5 metres to bring in line with adjacent silver birch on garden boundary; Cherry tree adjacent to silver birch in round border - remove; row of trees along rear boundary (beech and conifer etc) reduce height to gutter level of neighbouring house (21 Ash Hill).
