Fell x 1 Scots Pine (T1) and crown raise to provide 1.5-2 metre clearance of garage roof x 1 Ash (T2)

Sever Ivy at the base of each tree, remove lower growth to raise the crowns to approximately 5 meters over the garden/drive side, reduce the spread over the garden/drive side of the 5 trees that overhang at the top of the drive by approximately 2 metres to G1 (Lime x 17). Reduce the lateral crown spread towards and over the house roof by approximately 3 meters to G2 (Lime and Horse Chestnut). Remove lower growth to raise crowns to approximately 7 metres over the garden. Tip reduce the lateral crown spread over the garden by 1-2 metres to G3 (7 x Horse Chestnut & 1 x Beech). Thin crown by approximately 10% to remove dead, weak and crossing growth to T4 (Silver Birch) and remove lower growth to raise crown to approximately 4.5 metres over the ground to T5 (Cherry). The proposed works are in order to maintain the trees in a good, safe and attractive condition without excessive overhang and shading to garden and property.

Crown reduce the height by approximately 2 metres to a suitable branch union while rounding the shoulders for good symmetry, crown lift all round to allow 4m above ground clearance and cut back with side lateral reduction of those branches away from the chimney and roof area by approximately 1.5 m to a Chinese Fir. High pollard back to just above old pruning points to 1 x Ash

Cut back all overhanging branches by up to 2.5m to ensure nothing overhangs client's boundary fence line for entire height of canopies - G1. on adjoining land to the rear in Wethered Park . Crown lift from over the roof area to allow approximately 1.5m clearance Line tree within the garden of Croft Cottage

T1 Maple - Raise crown to 4m and prune by 1 - 2 metres . T5 Sycamore & T6 Sycamore - Sever Ivy and prune by 1 metre to clear garage roof. T7 Purple plum remove decayed limb.

Proposed tree works as per schedule (Revised) T1 Maple Crown reduce the height by approximately 2-3 metres to a suitable branch union. Side lateral reduction of the branch length to aloe 1 -2 metres for separation from the property. T2 Silver Birch Crown reduction of the height by approximately by 3 metres and spread by up to 2 metres. All wounds are not to exceed 75mm and all back to a suitable branch union and crown lift from over the roof to allow approximately 2 metres separation. T3 Cherry Blossom Crown reduction by 30%/removal of approx. 3-4m. T4 Magnolia Crown reshape and reduction by 20%/removal of approx. 2-3m. T5 Ash Remove overhanging branch which is hanging low over the garden area. T6 Hazel Removal of crown down to first branching point (approx. 3-4m from ground level) to allow tree to regrow at a reduced height.
