T6a and T6b - 2 Yew trees planted & trained to form an arch, height and width reduction on an annual basis. T 7 and T8 - 2 small Apple trees fan trained. Need annual pruning to retain shape, size and ensure fruit production. T9 and T10- 2 Sycamore trees in 78 Station Road up against the boundary fence. 2 years ago these trees were reduced significantly by the tree owners. In the 2 years since pruning re-growth has been rapid from the main trunk. These hang over into 86 Station Road, significantly reducing sunlight reaching the established fruit and vegetable beds in 86 Station Road reducing productivity. The branches will soon be over/touching/leaning onto the roof of the potting shed in 86 Station Road and could damage the roof. This application is for annual (or bi-annual depending on the rate of growth) removal of re-growth (to the boundary) coming from the main trunk up to a height of approx 10 feet from ground level

Large Pine tree at front of property - Reduce to ground level. Robinia and Holly - Prune back lower branches overhanging garage roof by approximately 3m. Row of Conifer trees at side of house - Reduce height by 2m and prune sides by 1.5m. Cherry and Hawthorn trees - Prune back by approximately 2m. G3 - Boundary bowling green hedge primarily of Beech located to boundary with Herne Hill Velodrome. Agreed works: Reform sides and top to approx. 2m height. Retain semi mature 4m height Oak. Crown lift Ash group to 3m. T1-T5 - Yew and Holly on the boundary with properties on Turney Road and Roseway: Cut back to fence line and behind netting. T6 - Birch: Remove epicormic and deadwood. T7 - Plane: Remove lower cut limb and lift trees to 2.5m. T8 - Oak: Lateral crown reduction by up to 1-1.5m to suitable growth points back to the white pitch line. T9 - Oak: Remove small diameter deadwood. Retain larger diameter internal crown dead wood. (Do not thin any live material or crown structure.) T10 Plane: Re-stake with mesh weld guard. Cut out and remove lsqm turf, lay mulch. G5 A group of Sycamore: Retain main stem and crown lift to lm. Remove stems near to the pole. G6 A group of Holm Oak: Crown lift by up to 4m to suitable growth points, to allow sports machinery access.

1.Mixed group - Fell large Conifer, reduce large Holly to a height of 3m, reduce all remaining woody shrubs to height of 3m and trim sides to shape/re-establish group boundary 2. Birch X 2 - Remove stem and prune to clear overhead phone lines by 1m 3. Bird Cherry - Remove stem encroaching roof/guttering, prune back branches overhanging neighbouring garden to the boundary 4. Mixed group - Fell Elder closest to Bird Cherry, reduce remaining woody shrubs to 3m and trim back sides to shape/re-establish group boundary 5. Elm - Finish off reduction started from neighbouring garden - to balance on garden side (by upto 1m) 6. Mixed group - Fell Elder in centre of collapsed Willow, tidy stubs from Willow and prune back from neighbouring garden. Fell large Conifer. Crown reduce and reshape Cherry tree by 3m 7. Willow - Remove large bows overhanging the shed, crown reduce and reshape the reminder of the tree by 3m to shape. Remove several low secondary stems which are damaging the boundary fence 8. Elder - Pollard at a height of 3m

T1 - Horse Chestnut: Fell because Roots are undermining garage foundations - no replacement tree to be planted due to existing trees proximity to Garage foundations; T2 - on western boundary : Pollard due to excessive shading; T3 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree down to level of adjoining roof line due to excessive shading; T4 - on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading; T5 -on southern boundary: remove top part of tree to two metres above fence due to excessive shading.

T1 Corsican Pine - Prune overhanging growth to Garfield boundary line. Full height of tree T2 Cypress - Prune overhanging growth to Garfield boundary line. Full height of tree T3 Cherry - Prune overhanging growth to Garfield boundary line. This tree is encroaching over and impacts on the house. Full height of tree T4 Goat Willow - Fell to ground and grind stump. This substantial tree straddles the boundary line of both properties, with the trunk and root structure now within 2 feet of both properties, and height exceeding roof level. It is at risk of causing damage to both properties, and is already pushing against our neighbours outbuilding. It further prevents fencing being erected to define property boundaries, and our side access gate from opening and closing. Both parties have agreed to its removal.

T52 - Japanese Maple - To prune away from Building by 1m and raise to 2.5m over footpath. T53 - Yew - To reduce to 0.5m below roof height and shape T44 - Oak - To shorten westerly lateral branches by 2.5 - 3m in length, back to a point in line with the wooden boundary fence and remove major dead wood.

Trees in a Conservation Area Notification: Within the area indicated on the plan - 1) Remove the Conifer which is located against fence 2) Remove several smaller self-seeded trees which are up against the north boundary fence 3) Remove 4 semi-mature Acer trees along north boundary 4) Remove 2 Thuja trees on the boundary 5) Reduce the crown by approximately 2m of two mature Acers and one Lime which are close to boundary and the roof of the neighbouring property to allow more light into property.
