Cypress- remove lower branches by 2m that are overhanging the fence; Hornbeam and sycamore- reduce overhang by 2m back to boundary/main stem; Cherry- reduce 1x elongated lateral branch by 2m that is growing towards the house. All located along the boundary of 104 Main Road . Reason for all: To reduce conflict between trees and neighbouring property.

There are 12 Leylandii Tree forming a Hedgerow and the front of property as shown in Sketch Plan and images. The 12 Trees have overgrown through the years and left very little to no protection below the crown of the Trees as you can see in the images provided. This is causing no sound protection and no visibility protection as the fence is also long past it sell by date. The new home owner would like to remove the 12 Leylandii, put up a new fence to match the previous which is a 1.8m-2m close-board fence and to replant 12-15 new Leylandii Infront of the fence to replace like for like what is already there. This will allow better maintenance and to keep in scope with the village requirements. The proposed works will be to carried out in 6-8 weeks which then also sees us past bird nesting season.

ID 11, 12 & 13 - Oak - Rear of House, remove 20% of the inner growth to thin crown, to include all major deadwood. Reduce back from property providing a 2 meter clearance from building.

The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

The trees do not have a TPO but sit within Weston Turville conservation area. The quoted work would be carried out by J Fox Tree Care (Qualified Tree Surgeon at West End, Weston Turville 07990 998539) The work would include reducing the lateral overhang by 1 to 1.5 metres so the trees are back to the boundary fence and therefore not so close to our house. The work would include reducing height / overhang of the Beech, Hornbeam and Purple Beech by approximately 3 metres or less. The trees are blocking light and have not been maintained. Work will be carried out from 10 Wheelwrights and the owner of Butchers Orchard is aware that the Tree Surgeon would need to access to the trees. All work would be fully insured and all waste removed. The work would be paid for by myself. I attach a map of 10 Wheelwrights boundary and where the trees are situated in 62 Main Street, Butchers Orchard.

T330 Large mature veteran Oak within play area of junior school, with dieback in upper crown. - Reduce crown by approx 2m overall to shape and balance, ensuring all cuts are made to secondary live lateral branches to maintain natural shape and appearance. T63 Silver Birch with excessive lean and bacterial canker staining on stem. - Fell to ground level. G1 Group of 10 large Apple and 2 early mature Oak on north side of sports field - Prune to reduce crowns of all trees by approx 1-2m to manage size, and to shape and tidy. Thin crown of Apple trees by removal of crossing and crowded branches as required.

I have 5 Leylandii trees at the front of my property we would like to have permission to remove reasons being: 1... We have had previous subsidence on our property , from a neighbouring Leylandii in 2004, 3.5 metres away from our property. The tree was removed and subsidence resolved. 2... The 5 trees we would like to remove are now causing the following issues for us. (a) There are a number of large roots growing across the top of the ground and just under the ground very close to our property. They have lifted our patio area just outside our front door. Which we have now just replaced. We are very worried these trees are going to cause further subsidence to our property. The trees are very large and so close to our house. The closest tree being just 3.5 meters away from the house, with a circumference of 2.8 meters. The estimate height of the trees being taller than a two storey house. (b) ..The trees are cutting out the neighbour's and our light. (c)...The trees are restricting and damaging larger vehicles travelling down the lane. (d)...It is becoming more difficult for us to get house insurance to cover subsidence due to the location of the trees. 3...Once the trees are removed, we would like to put up a 6ft tall closeboard Fence for security and in keeping with what the neighbours in the lane already have.
