T1 - Silver Birch. Permission is sought to reduce the crown of this mature Birch, removing approx 2.5 metres from its height and 1 - 2 m from its width. The client is keen to manage and maintain his tree which is becoming large for location. It is in close proximity to his outbuildings / sheds and childrens play equipment.

The trees are at the side of my garden and at the back of the garden the trees are causing housing issues for example the tree roots have spread to the drains and when we moved in the toilet was blocked which meant we had to hire a plumber and also someone that went into the drain system to remove the roots and allow the water to flow freely The trees at the side are also reaching our windows and garage and causing loud banging sounds when windy, they also reach over to the neighbours garden and on to their shed also causing noise. The trees are making the back garden very messy with its bark and leaves falling off. The trees is also lifting up our patio in the back garden making it not safe to have family and their kids in the back garden. The back tree has alot of things falling off it and making the garden unsafe as well.

T1 - Cherry, 5m reshape and prune to 3m- T2 - Christmas tree, Remove - T3 - Plum, Trim approx 2m - T4 - Bay, Trim approx 2.5m - T5 - Apple Tree, Trim to approx 5m - T6 Hawthorn, Remove as dead- T7 - Rowan, 8m prune back to 7m and tidy - T8 - Cherry, 9m Trim to 5m and shape - T9 & T10 Lime - Trim 22m approx trim lower branches on top of shed roof

Conservation Area Notification : T1 - To Crown reduce Sycamore tree to 2.5 metres in height by shed in rear garden, height will be 2 metres in line with rest of hedge. T2 - To Crown reduce Cherry tree by 2 metres in height and shape sides accordingly in front garden leaving a 4 metre x 4 metre crown

T.1 Silver Birch - Reduce single dominant branch growing to the north-east, by pruning back to a suitable secondary forking break, retaining crown shape and lightly thin the remaining crown by removing small crossing branches; and T.2 Beech - Raise crown, by removing low lateral branch overhanging the property boundary to the south-west and adjacent shed.

Remove 4 large low branches of 1 no. Oak tree (T1) to north, reduce easterly spread over garage (east) by up to 3m. Remove 1 no. dead tree next to shed to just above ground level (T2). Remove 2 no. Cypress trees near house to just above ground level (T3 & T4). Remove 1 no. dead tree (T5) near Wellingtonia to just above ground level. Remove 1 no. dead tree (T6) by pit lane to just above ground level.

T1 Twin stemmed Cordyline - Remove top of both stems to an equal height at appx 7-8ft ensuring that new shoots are retained intact. T2 Leyland Cypress hedge - Reduce height to match top of adjacent shed and drastically reduce to eliminate overhang to neighbouring property. T3 Apple - Remove two short, low branches to improve ground clearance. T4 Dead Japanese Maple - Fell and uproot stump.

(T1) Lawson's Cypress(Chaemcyparis x lawsoniana)-reduce height by 4.5m to suitable union; crown lift removing lowest branches by 1.5m on outbound side (T2) Bay(Laurus nobilis)-reduce crown height by 1.5m to suitable growth points ensuring crown regrowth in rounded form; cut back from neighbouring studio to ensure 1m separation; trim back sides to ensure balance 'lollipop' shape and form (T3) Magnolia(M.soulangea -reduce crown by 25%(1m) to suitable growth points -reduce lateral branches to match, shape and balance (T4) Evergreen Magnolia(M.grandiflora)-reduce crown by 25%(1m) to suitable growth points; reduce lateral branches to allow greater clearance from T3 to match, shape and balance (T5) - Silver Birch(Betula pendula)-reduce crown by 25%(1.75m) to suitable growth points; reduce lateral branch length to match, shape and tidy (G1) - 2x Cherry Laurel(Prunus laurosiferus)- remove 2x stems close to front of bed ; remove LH stem(with trellis piece attached near shed) Overhanging rear path Various species-cut back all branch growth overhanging path by up to 1.5m incl.3x cypress trees

G1 (External/roadside) - Mixed species tree line (Ash, Plane, Maple, etc) - Crown lift over footpath to 3m from ground level and 6m over the carriageway. G1 (Internal/carpark) - Mixed species tree line (Ash, Plane, Maple, etc) - Crown lift to 3m and reduce away from street furniture/lights/bike shed to gain a 1-2m clearance, pruning to suitable growth points. G2 - Alder and Ash - Crown lift to 3m from ground level. Reduce overhanging crown by 2-3m, away from the neighbouring properties.
