1 - Magnolia - Cut down and remove root. Large tree over 8m x 8m. The branches spread up to the house and restrict access to back door. It is far too big for its position near the house. Mature height 9m. 2 - Yew Tree - Cut down and remove root. It is 7.2m x 2m tall, near the house and blocking light bedroom and kitchen windows. Mature height 12m. 3 - Sitka Spruce Tree - Cut down and remove root. This is a large tree which is only going to grow more. It is within 1.5m of the house. We have a raised bump in the kitchen floor which may be a root from the tree. Generally we feel this is too near the house and is affecting the foundations. Mature height 18m. 4 - Leyandi Cypress- Cut down and remove root. Medium sized tree 6m x 2m. This is in the wrong place and will grow up 20m. We wish to use this space by the fence to plant shrubs and a herbaceous border. Our house grade 2 listed built in 1600's so the foundations are not deep so our concern is that large mature trees could affect the foundations. We also are keen to increase the light into the house as the large trees are blocking the light as shown in the photos provided. We hope to replant the area with shrubs and herbs in keeping with the house.

A1, 20m Mixed species at the rear of the block. Branches are getting very close to the building, selectively reduce to suitable pruning points, the branches extending towards the building to achieve a clearance of 2-3m. Works are to maintain a clearance between trees and windows. HAR/CA16.

T1 (Black Poplar) - Reduce limb in lower crown, nearest to neighbouring property window, by up to 2 metres. - reduce other limb in lower crown, overhanging neighbouring property by up to 1.5 metres - remove split and broken branch. T2 (Silver Birch) - Crown lift to approx. 5 metre - cut back from neighbouring property to give 2 metres clearance to building - reduce limb over hen house by approx. 2 metres

G1 - Cypress group, Hazel, Pyracantha & Self set Sycamore. Approx Height - 2-4m. Approx Spread - 4m Location - See map Work required - Fell Cypress, Hazel and small diameter stemmed self-set trees as close to tree's current ground level as possible and leave the stumps in the ground. Retain the lower level Cypress (<1m height) & Pyracantha. Reason - To tidy, ease future maintenance, give clearance to building and allow light to ground floor windows. T1 - Yew (Taxus baccata) Approx. Height - 10m Location - see map Work Required - crown lift to approximately 3m over garden area. Reason - as part of continued maintenance, to give reasonable clearance to garden space

T1 - Birch x 1 - prune off first two lateral branches above roof, reduce remainder of crown on this side by 2m Reasons: becoming outgrown and now in contact with the roof and skylight window.

Can you please trim the tree infrast of my house, its nearly reaching my window also its just on ...

T1: Goat Willow - Create pollard at approx. 4m. G1: Lawson Cypress x 4 - Fell to a point as close to ground level as is reasonably practicable to leave a stump. G2: Various Species - Crown reduce to contain and re-shape. T3: Hydrangea - Trim back to main framework. Prune to give clearance from roof and windows.

G1 - Mixed species inc. Holly, Bay & Viburnum - excluding broad-leaf trees at end of ground (located at front of property, along boundary line) Reduce hedge line to level with middle of top window (up to 2m), trim side growth with hedge cutters up to 30cm. Reduce (by up to 2m) & shape end Holly and remove 3/4 small diameter stems to ground level. Routine maintenance of high hedge/ small trees and provide clearance from building. G2 - Bay (located in rear garden area) - Reduce height by up to 50% (up to 2m), trim/ reduce side growth over garden with hedge cutters up to 30cm. Routine maintenance of small trees/ shrubs. T3 - Cherry (located in rear garden area) - Crown lift to 2-2.5m above ground level. Provide clearance over lawn and shrub bed. T4 - Pear (located in rear parking area) - Reduce height by 2-3m and shape sides 0.5-1m. Provide clearance over carpark. G5 - Mixed species inc. Bamboo, Mahonia and Cypress - Clear all trees and shrubs from the shrub bed at rear of building, leaving stumps at 1ft. Dilapidated shrub bed to be cleared as part of renovation project.

We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

(T1) Magnolia - crown reduction to a height no lower than the base of the first floor bedroom window and shape as per submitted photo with red line drawn to show the extent of reduction, removal of the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches, prune to give up to 5.3m clearance over Sun Lane. (T2) Yew - Prune up the face of the yew on its northern sector to give up to 3m clearance over the garden, pruning the tree no closer than 1.8m from the stem.
