Silver birch (T1) to reduce the crown of the tree by 1.5 meters all round to remove the lowest 2 branches growing above the adjacent concrete shed base, within Tockwith Conservation Area.

Sycamore on the front boundary opposite the cottage. Crown raise over the drive to approximately 6.0 m. Reduce the crown spread over the drive to leave its radial crown spread at approximately 4.0 m. Remove 1 x dead Cherry Tree. Remove 6 dead trees close behind garden shed, to allow the other trees space to grow. Remove 1 x large multi stem Cypress towards the upper part of the garden, as it is overgrown and dominating the garden, causing potential risk to neighbouring buildings.

Works to trees in a Conservation Area: T1 - Self-sown triple stemmed Ash tree, approx 9m in height, very close to right hand boundary and growing through a prunus which we would like to preserve for its fruit. Works - Remove by felling at ground level T2 - Self-sown Ash tree similar in height, again very close to the boundary fence and the garden shed at the bottom of the garden. Roots pushing up paving, and potentially the foundation of the shed. Works - Remove and the stump either removed or poisoned.

T1. Yew tree- Lift to 3-3.5m from ground level. low canopy, to allow clearance from ground level T2. Chestnut- Cut back overhanging branchs over sleeper edge G3. Group of yews- lift yews to 1m above fence, lateral reduction on front face by 0.5m and 1.5m over shed

To remove a small tree at the bottom right hand corner of the courtyard garden at Chaff Cottage, to enable a larger garden shed to be installed.

1.8m crown reduce on cherry (1). Remove 2 lower limbs over shed. Remove large limb from cherry (2). Prune determine back on housing by 2.5m and reduce remaining crown by 1.8m. Remove some or all of laburnum (3).
