1 .Remove dead/dying weeping Ash to approximate ground level 2. Fell 4 small Yew trees close to house to approximate ground level to make way for shed. 3. Crown lift magnolia and reduce(no more than 30%) where possible away from the house 12. Remove young Ash tree with dieback symptoms on boundary between Yew tree and Contorted Willow

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

T1 Large Lawson Cypress on left rear boundary adjacent to shed - Dismantle in sections to near ground level. Grind out stump to approx 300mm below ground level (including small stump adjacent to paving). T2 Small Yew on right rear boundary - Dismantle in sections to near ground level. Grind out stump of T2 to approx 300mm below ground level. T3 Mid mature Lawson Cypress on right rear boundary between house and summer house - Dismantle in sections to near ground level. Grind stump of T3 to approx 300mm below ground level.

T1 - Mid mature declining Holly Tree adjacent to driveway entrance - Dismantle in sections to near ground level; T2 - Large Holm Oak Tree between driveway and Byway - Reduce crown by approx 2m overall, ensuring all cuts are made to secondary live lateral branches to maintain natural shape and form; T3 - Dead/declining Sycamore Tree on Byway - Dismantle in sections to near ground level; G.1 - Group of small Sycamore stems at rear of shed building - Fell in sections to near ground level to give clearance to building; T4 - Large Sycamore Tree overhanging Byway opposite cottage parking area - Remove Ivy and significant deadwood throughout crown; T5 - Large Oak Tree approx. 100m up Byway- Reduce large scaffold with tarot scar, by approx. 50% to reduce lever arm and minimise risk of failure, remove dead top; T6 - Very large, fully mature Yew Tree at eastern end of walled garden with recently failed bough, remove damaged branch, remove damaged branch back to suitable position, reduce over extended scaffolds on southern side back into profile of upper crown, ensuring cuts are made to secondary live lateral branches where possible-reduce remaining crown where required to balance shape and form; G2 - Group of mixed species within copse between walled garden and Owletts cottages, remove dead and declining trees throughout copse; G3 - Group of Field Maple, surrounding parking area of Owletts cottage, reduce height to approx. 2m to form manageable hedge; G.4 - Group of Hawthorn and Yew beside house Owletts cottage - reduce height to match G3; T7/T8 - two large Sweet Chestnut Trees, overhanging garden of Owletts cottage - Lift crowns by removal of large low scaffolds - reduce remaining overhang back beyond property boundary; and G.5 group of Holly, Beech and Hazel at north end of Owletts Cottage garden - prune back overhang to vicinity of boundary up to a height of approx. 3m to re-open view.

T1, Crab apple on west boundary near back door between log store and garden shed : cut to ground due to outgrowing the space. T2, Pittosporum on western boundary approximately level with front of house : crown reduced to 16 feet (24 feet at time of applying). Reason is to prevent crown getting too leggy and sparse

Conifer trees T4,T6 and T7: Fell Cedar T5: remove lowest branch over shed and reduce canopy spread to 3m radius minimum, reshape. x2 trees at 65 Bargate: 65T1, 65T2; Yew trees, reduce canopy back to boundary fence x4 Trees at Fryston House FT1, FT2, FT3, FT4: Holly and Yew trees; cut back to boundary fence. ,

T1 - Oak, Quercus robur - located on the LHS of the rear garden, closest to the house. Reduce crown by up to 4m and lift branches away from roof of adjacent shed, creating at least 1m clearance. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T2 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, adjacent to T1. Reduce crown by up to 4m, (the crowns of T1 and T2 grow together as a single crown). Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T3 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, approximately halfway along the LHS boundary. Reduce crown by up to 4m. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T4 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, next in line from T3, (following the LHS boundary towards the rear boundary). Reduce crown by up to 3m, sever ivy at base of the tree's trunk, and remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T5 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, next in line from T4, (following the LHS boundary towards the rear boundary). Reduce crown by up to 3m. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter.

T1 Robinia - Remove any dead wood and crown lift to 4mtrs, Reduce the height by approximately 4mtrs and the lateral spread of the side branches by approximately 4mtrs on all sides. Tree is a large specimen close to the house. T2 Mirabelle tree - Crown lift the overhang to a height of 3mtrs over garden. Tree is suppressed by T1, this work is required to stop it becoming misshapen. G3 Yew tree and Lilac tree - Crown lift the overhang back to the boundary of garden. T4 Prunus - Reduce the height and spread of the tree on the East side only by 1.5mtrs required to reduce the weight of the specimen on the shed below. T5 Euonymus - Trim 1.5mtr from the top and tiding the sides to suit, required to retain at a size that does not cause nuisance to neighbouring property.

G1 Group of Laurel and Pittosporum on left boundary of rear garden - Reduce in height to approx. 2m and prune to shape. T1 Magnolia on left boundary past G1 - Reduce by approx. 1m and prune remaining crown to shape. G3 Laurel and Cotoneaster to rear of swimming pool - Reduce by approx. 1.5m and shape crown to prevent overhang to swimming pool area. G4 Laurel and Yew on boundary's around sheds and greenhouse - Trim back to boundary. T2 Mature Beech tree located within neighbours garden - Prune low overhanging branches back to boundary. T3 Magnolia grandiflora adjacent to house - Prune top edge to give a more rounded top so flowers can be seen. T4 Mature Yew in front garden - Reduce in height by approx. 2m, plus prune branches with pole pruner to bring in line with remaining crown.
