We would like to prune one branch of a leaf maple tree which is located immediately behind 14 Clarence Court (On the attached plan this is numbered 1T). The branch overhangs Clarence Court property and affects the light to my bungalow, 14 Clarence Court. We would like to prune the branch back to the boundary fence of Clarence Court. We want to prune from the knuckle of the branch (In the attached photo this is identified by the pointer with a red towel) which is about 6 meters of the branch. Also, as you can see from the second photo, there are no windows above the ground level of Lime Tree House garden and therefore the removal of this one branch will not affect privacy in their garden or the house which is more than 35 meters from Clarence Court. We understand from the owner of number 13 Forest Close, Wendover that in the past they have applied, been granted permission and pruned this tree. We would also like to prune back to our fence the laurel bush, on the attached map this is between tree 2T and the red leaf maple 1T

A - Laburnum - This tree is planted close to the house (c 2 m) and overshadows the kitchen and dining room windows significantly. We are also concerned about the poisonous seeds and the many seedlings that it produces as we have a young grandchild and our neighbours also have young children. We had previously been given permission to prune this but have now decided that it is inappropriate in this location. B - Leylandii hedging belonging to 4 The Paddock, CB6 1TP. We propose to cut this outgrown hedge back to our property boundary. It overshadows our garden by about 3 m and greatly restrict what we can grow in its shade.

T2 Oak on rear boundary - Crown reduce height by 2.5m and average radial spread of tree by 3m. G3 Group of 1 Privet and 2 Thuja on front right boundary closest to house - Reduce height to level of upper window ledge, by reducing height by approx 8m leaving a finalised height of 7m.

T2 Acer Prune a few branches away from street sign and window to house. T1 Wisteria Cut any branches above windowsill on firstfloor. T3 Mimosa Remove all deadwood and reduce remaining crown to rebalance tree. T4 Lime tree Cut to boundary.

T1 Sycamore leaning over boundary and shading velux windows - Cut lower two branches back to boundary. G1 Semi-mature Limes x 3 in a row close to the house along the left hand boundary - Crown lift to 4.5m and cut back branches nearest house to give a clearance of 4.5m.

T1-Elder(Sambucus nigra)- -section fell to ground level. -inbound stem heavily covered in live ivy growth, part dead-outbound stem phototropic and misshapen, other stem leaning heavily over neighbours' garden . T2-Hazel(Corylus maxima 'Red Filbert')-mutli-stemmed. -remove 1x large inbound stem to ground level retaining height as is to allow more light over beds. T3-Yew(Yaxus baccata) reduce height by 1.3m level with TOP 1sr floor window to RETAIN 3m above ground level. In No.25 RH boundary with permission from owner agreed-MINOR PRUNING ONLY. Grp 1-Cherry Laurel(Prunus laurosiferus)-multiple trees. Group nearest house -reduce height by 2.5m to suitable growth points to RETAIN 3.5m above ground level. Group nearest rear -reduce height by 1.75m to suitable growth points to RETAIN 2.5m above ground level. TO reduce overshading in No.27
