4 large Conifer trees labelled 1-4 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level . They are blocking significant amounts of light and are disrupting the driveway of Andway Cottage, two nearby fences and the shed of 3 Paynes Meadow. They appear to be the only conifer trees on 3 Paynes Meadow and Andway Cottage properties; other trees nearby on Pyotts Hill all appear to be deciduous so they seem out of place in comparison. See conifer tree photos document. 1 Hazel tree (tree 5) & 4 Beech trees - labelled 6-9 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level. They are very close to the house, less than a meter, and are blocking significant amounts of light and overhanging the roof of Andway Cottage contributing to moss growth on the roof and blocked gutters. 1 .Remove dead/dying weeping Ash to approximate ground level 2. Fell 4 small Yew trees close to house to approximate ground level to make way for shed. 3. Prune plum tree away from house and reduce in height approx 1m and crown clean 4. Repollard contorted willow tree to previous reduction points 5. Pollard Goat Willow in rear corner of garden by fence/wall, over-hanging neighbours garden with heavy over extended limbs. 6.Thin one Elder at the rear of the property by 30% and reduce by approx. 1m and remove crossing branches. 7.Trim Yew ( fastigiata) tree/hedge to the right of back garden gate. 8.Remove tall skinny Ash tree with dieback next to fruit trees. 9.Remove apple tree to approximate ground level. 10.Crown lift apricot (over gateway and allow for parking) and reduce longer limbs by approx 1m 11. Crown lift magnolia and reduce(no more than 30%) where possible away from the house 12. Remove young Ash tree with dieback symptoms on boundary between Yew tree and Contorted Willow

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Conifer trees T4,T6 and T7: Fell Cedar T5: remove lowest branch over shed and reduce canopy spread to 3m radius minimum, reshape. x2 trees at 65 Bargate: 65T1, 65T2; Yew trees, reduce canopy back to boundary fence x4 Trees at Fryston House FT1, FT2, FT3, FT4: Holly and Yew trees; cut back to boundary fence. ,
