Laburnum - Reduce tree down to 30cm above the fence. Birch tree Remove 2 limbs by 1 m growing over the neighbours roof. Group of Lime trees - Lift the lower crowns up by 2 metres on each tree. Field Maple, Cotoneaster group (T4) reduce down to same height as conifer

T1- row of Laylandi and cypress to crown raise to 2-3 meters at rear of garden which is not in a conservation area T2- Reduce cherry by 1-2 meters T3- Poplar crown raise to 3 meters to allow clearance from shed roof T4- Budlia reduce to fence line which would be a couple of meters

Tree number 4 on RA report - Sycamore Base 30 cm from out-building and stem 20 centimetres from roof. High growth potential and likely to cause damage in the future, but currently not causing obvious damage, and removal at this stage is not clearly required. Low branches in contact with roof. No defects seen. Recommendation - Remove low branches in contact with roof Tree number 5 On RA report Ash Slender stem with pronounced lean from competition with Tree 4. In contact with fence. Short retention span. No sign of ash die-back disease. Recommendation - Remove

213424- Other cherry spp, Prunus spp- Reduce branches away from the roof and aerial to gain 2m clearance. Remove deadwood from the tree. 5593- Ash, Fraxinus excelsior- Self set sycamore and ash between stone wall and wooden fence, they are causing damage to the wooden fence. Reduce all these self set species along the road front to ground level and eco plug where possible. ABC Low voltage line runs adjacent to the top of the crowns, BT wire runs 2m lower through the crowns. TM req???d.

Leyland Cypress (T1) - Reduce encroachment towards property to provide 2-2.5m clearance; Dead tree (T2) - Fell; Golden Rain Tree (T3) - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 2m; Holly (T4) - Fell; Oak (T5) - Crown Lift to provide 4m clearance from ground level, by removing the epicormic growth from the trunk; Lime (T6) - Crown Lift to provide 2m clearance from out-building roof; Apple (T7) - Fell; Bramble and Thorn (T8) - Clear area using brush cutters and strimmers to ensure all vegetation is off the neighbouring fences. Leave arisings to compost down over time.

Conifer (T1) - Fell. Sycamore (T2 and T3) - Reduce canopy height by up to 10m and reduce branches overhanging by approx 2m away from roof. Sycamore (T4) - Remove branch at fence level to avoid interference with fruit trees and hedge Line. Blue Spruce (T5) - Raise canopy by approxmatly 2m. Group of Sycamore and Holly (G1) - Reduce branches overhanging garden back to hedge line for health of hedge, shrubs and lawn.Group of Sycamore and Ash (G2) - Remove 4 lowest branches.

T1 - Willow - Reduce by up to 3m, T2 - Walnut - Reduce side overhanging fence by up to 2.5m, T3 -Rowen - Reduce overhang on roof to main stem, T4 - Sycamore - Reduce by up to 3m back to main stem, T5 - Lime - Reduce branches by up to 2m back to hedge row, T6 - Conifer - Trim down side of alley and reduce back to boundary by up to 2.5m

Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard
