Sycamore (T1): Removal to ground level. Small tree which is growing over next door boundary. Sycamore (T2): Removal to ground level. Tree is beginning to damage adjacent wall. Felling of the trunk of a Fig tree that is diseased with Root Knot Nematode. The Fig tree trunk leans very close the the boundary wall and has branches that extend across and over the boundary wall. The tree has caused many cracks in this wall resulting in the lifting of several garden stones. I am concerned over the house foundations being safe and the sewer than runs directly underneath may become blockaged as their roots are likely to get into them . The Fig lost one of its main limbs last year due to this disease and has more weight on one side than the other making it more susceptible to falling which could cause harm or damage if it were to fall. I have been advise by a tree surgeon that it would be best to cut the tree down and replant a new Fig sapling in a better location.

Rear Garden T1 - Bay Fell as close to ground level as possible. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. Due to the location of the tree, being next to the rear and close to Eastern side boundary wall. The client has started to notice cracks on the flint wall. The tree is already overgrown for its location and the fact it is now causing damage I recommend the tree be felled before any further damage can occur. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY.
