S19 to vary condition 2 (Approved plans) of listed building consent 23/02281/LBC (Unification of Nos 4 and 6 Church Way into one single dwelling together with internal alterations, replacement of external chimney stack flashing with lead flashing. External works to remove boundary fence between No 4 and 6, removal of dilapidated sheds and erection of new single shed) to increase area of removed/replaced tile floor from just the Bathroom in No 6 to also include the adjacent Entrance Hall.

Alterations to include raising ridge height, removal of two chimneys, addition of external insulation with render finish, new in-line solar PV panels, demolition of garage, erection of fence and replacement of existing windows.
