Variation of conditions 2 (approved drawings), 8 (foundations and windows), 9 (parking facilities), 12 (tree heavy duty root bridge) to allow relocation of parking space and increasing size of vehicular turning head to planning permission 19/00040/RG3 - Erection of 3 no. dwellings including parking, access and associated infrastructure.
