Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) attached to Planning Permission 19/01749/FUL dated 21/12/2020 to allow an alteration to the finished floor levels of the site, as varied by Non-Material Minor Amendment ref: 19/01749/NMMA dated 27.04.2021. As a result of the road levels and adoptable standards required over the culvert entrance it has been necessary to raise and lower the building levels to suit graduated contour of the highway.

Minor Material Amendment (S73 application) for the Variation of Condition 2 attached to Reserved Matters permission 20/01885/REM dated 26.11.2020 to allow changes to approved drawings consisting of: - Amalgamation of plots 1 and 2 and associated external alterations to the elevations and parking; - Alteration of the roof profile/pitch of t garages approved with the Hazel house type (plots 61, 62 and 63); and - Installation of 1.2m hit and miss fence with planted climbers between parking spaces P47 and P48.
