Submission of an updated Travel Plan to discharge part of a planning obligation under Schedule 1, Clause 1.1 of the Section 106 agreement accompanying planning permission 20/0315/FULEI, which was granted in September 2020 for a development which was described as follows: 'Development of film / production studios (Use Class B1b) and ancillary floorspace, new access arrangements, car parking, landscaping, infrastructure and associated works'.
