Lime T41 of TPO 59/14 - Removal of basal growth and crown lifting 4 times a year for the next five years. Remove epicormic growth on base and trunk back to source and crown lift to give 2.5m clearance over the footpath and 5.5m over the road.

T1 (oak) Dismantle oak tree to just above ground level.

Tree is T4 oak tree noted on TPO 96/003. There are 2 large branches ofthe oak which are dead/or in poor condition and which overhang the footpath. To ensure the safety of users of the footpath it is requested that permission be given to remove these branches.

T1-Oak, Climbing inspection to investigate quality of branch to which the tyre swing is attached. Reattach swing to sufficiently robust/ strong branch if necessary. Crown lift to 3.5m removing epicormic shoots from trunk and 4m outer branch tips to create reasonable clearance over the garden. Selectively reduce crown west side by 1-2m (from 10.5m to approximately 9m) to reduce weight and exposure on elongated branches.

T1 & T2 (Lime trees) Re-pollard lime trees as part of routine maintenance. If possible, prefer the trees taken down to the lower, lapsed pollard knuckles (if this is not deemed acceptable, we wish to repollard to the higher pollard knuckles).

T5 Cupressus Macrocarpa (Monterey Cypress),Fell the tree due to deteriorating condition see photos supplied. In December 2022 Mrs Hanson reviewed the tree and advised it was not dead. It appears in poor condition, if you wish to fell the tree, a tree works applicationwill need to be submitted.

TPO 17/10 T1 Beech - requires thinning of approximately 30% G1 Beech requires thinning of approximately 30% T1 tree had some previous work in 2013 which included the installation of a strap for one weak limb. This limb is over another property and is causing concern.
