Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2.5 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 12x9m down to 9.5x6.5m(reasons are within the spec)

Yew (T1) - To reduce mature Yew tree located in the front garden by 0.5m over driveway to reduce encroachment. All branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points. All works are carried out to BS 3998: 2010 Tree work recommendations. A well balanced shape will be maintained. Yew (T2 ) - To section fell mature Yew trees located behind the garage area using appropriate rigging techniques, and or hand held cuts. The trees are causing damage to the paved areas. Thuja Plicata (T3 & T4) - To section fell 2x mature Thuja Plicata located by the side entrance using appropriate rigging techniques, and or hand held cuts. The trees are obstructing the side access and have been poorly reduced in the past. Cypress (G5) - To section fell 13x mature Cypress located along the left hand side boundary using appropriate rigging techniques, and or hand held cuts. The trees are causing excessive shade. Willows (T6 & T7) - To section fell 2x mature Willows located in the rear garden using appropriate rigging techniques, and or hand held cuts. Lawson Cypress (T8) - To section fell mature Lawson Cypress located at the rear of the garden using appropriate rigging techniques, and or hand held cuts.

Tree specimens are Sycamores forming 15m high boundary between the properties 3 Old School Mews and Longmeadow. Sycamores to be reduced by 5m, overhanging branches to be cut back. The trees were previously reduced in height in 2020 and now needs work to maintain a manageable border of trees and improve light into house and garden and decrease damp risk in garages.

Variegated Holly rear garden RHS - Crown Lift to provide 3 metres clearance from ground level and clip round to shape and tidy, removing up to half a metres growth 10x6m. Works to clear pathway.T3. Beech x 2 rear garden RHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 3 metres and remove major deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 18x12 down to 15x9m Tight included compression fork at 3m. Works to alleviate stress on weak union.T4. Holm Oak x 3 rear boundary - Crown Lift to provide 3 metres clearance from ground level 9x7m. Works to allow light under trees.T5. Yew rear garden LHS - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected re growth 10x9m down to 8x7m. Works to reshape tree following the failure of an adjacent tree and to clear neighbours shed and boundary wall.T6. Leyland Cypress rear garden LHS - Reduce height by approximately 3 metres and shape laterally as required 16x10 down to 13x8m. Works to allow light to rear of property.

T1 - Small Holly to be carefully felled to ground level. G1 3 x Leylandii trees fell to ground level. G2 -5 x Lawson Cypress tree's fell to ground level. T2 Yew tree fell to ground level. G3 - 7 x lawson cypress trees fell to ground level. T3 - Leylandii to be cut back to near boundary aproximately 1 meters. T4 - Fir tree to cut back to near boundary aproximately 2 meters . T5 - Cypress fell to ground level. All these trese are poor specimens various re planting exercises will be carried out to enhance the area
