Details of Condition 4 - details identifying a suitably positioned unobstructed outside space: a) for fire appliances to be positioned on, and b) appropriate for use as an evacuation assembly point required by planning permission 21/AP/0040 dated 23/02/2022 for 'Retrospective planning permission for a change of use of first floor from ancillary storage/offices to 2no 1 bed flats and alterations to first floor and ground floor rear elevation.'

Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/0076 (External alterations to the front and rear facades, including window replacements, new rear access controlled gate into St Georges Mews; and roof top alterations including installation of PV panels and replacement roof top plant) namely to: substitute drawings involving (retrospective) design amendments including alterations to the front and rear facades, parapet height adjustments, reconfiguration of roof top plant and rear gate, re-instatement of doorway, and associated works.
