Removal of condition no. 15 of planning permission no. 07/00073/FULL limiting the hours of use of the sports hall to 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday only with any proposed alteration being agreed in writing by the Council with 14 days notice and its replacement with a condition limiting the hours of use to 8am - 10pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am - 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.
