Change of use of the basement and ground floor level from retail (Class E) into a two bedroom self-contained flat (Class C3); erection of external staircases from basement to ground floor level, at the front and rear of the property; erection of railings around the perimeter of the front and rear lightwells; alterations to existing shopfront to include the replacement of 1no door and windows with new windows; installation of a new door and window to replace the existing door and window at basement level and replacement of the existing window with a new window at ground floor level to the side of rear back additions.
