The proposed changes include replacement of lightweight cladding panels to additional storey with light grey silicone render, replacement of aluminium frames to windows and glazed stair enclosure with uPVC frames, replacement of glass balustrade to Juliet balconies to rear with painted mild steel railings, alterations to side extension adjacent to no. 92 Landcroft Road, including replacement of door in flank elevation with window, reduction in size of glazed return and change in level to entrance door to reflect existing site levels, and removal of 1.5m set back between the roof and front elevation shown on the approved side elevations so that they are consistent with the rest of the approved plans.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of the planning permission ref: 17/AP/0749 granted on 16/06/2017 for: (Change of use of part ground and basement levels from office (use class B1a) to flexible A1/A2/A3/A4 use, and the erection of an in-fill mansard roof extension at fourth floor level and creation of an additional third floor at the rear of the site to provide additional office accommodation (use class B1a), internal alterations and a new shopfront. - RESUBMISSION). To retain the following works: -the replacement of single glazed windows to the front the building facing Borough High Street, -the replacement of a casement window in the mansard roof, -the installation of a security railing on the front elevation of the mansard extension, and -the amendment of the Lower Ground Floor layouts.

Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 20/AP/2716 dated 24/12/2020 for the 'Construction of a rear part single, part double storey extension'. The changes include: increasing the depth of the ground floor element of the two storey rear extension by 0.5m and increasing the ridge height of the two storey rear extension by 0.13m and the width by 0.76m; altering the ground floor rear doors and replacing the first floor rear window with a Juliet balcony; and reducing the height of the single storey ground floor rear extension by 0.2m and centring the roof lantern.

Change of use of the rear ground floor commercial class E units to residential to extend the first floor residential unit into a single 2 bedroom family residential unit. The front Class E shop unit remains with the addition of a WC space to be self-contained. Demolition of an existing infill conservatory and replaced with a flat roof extension with skylights to link the main house to the rear studio. Existing PVC windows are replaced throughout with double glazed timber windows. Existing rear aluminium doors to the current studio are replaced with 3 sliding doors and 2 roof skylights are added to the rear roof facade.
