Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning consent 16/02753/FUL - Erection of subterranean single storey gym and double garage and erection of single storey stables.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent F/2013/0395 (130059) for the change of use of land from grazing of horses to keeping of horses in association with an educational facility for young adults. Proposed construction of 4 x livestock stables, 2 x corrals, a 40m x 20m manege, associated hay and feed barn, round pen, day room and services (septic tank). Condition 2 refers to the approved details and the variation is to allow design alterations by reducing the overall size of the stable block and increasing total number of stables from 4 to 5 (Part retrospective).

Variation of Condition 3 (User of site) of permission 12/01330/FUL granted 23/11/2012 for: Erection of 2 no. stables and feed room. Variation would allow the wording to read as follows'The building(s) hereby permitted shall be used solely for the stabling of horses and storage of associated equipment and foodstuffs, for domestic use only. No commercial uses including livery or as a riding school or industrial or other storage use shall take place whatsoever.'

Variation of condition 8 attached to permission P21/02573/F to replace the proposed floor plan and elevations drawing and alter the external materials. Demolition of existing stable block and erection of new stable block.
