Demolition of existing canopy, coal shed and wc to rear and construction of new single storey extension to rear, internal alterations to create new ensuite and dressing room to bedroom.

Removal of a single storey C.20th extension and construction of a new one and a half storey extension, replacement of C.20th windows (east, west and north elevations of the north range) with narrow double glazing timber casements and removal of a C.20th window, reinstating of a former external doorway. Internal alterations to include formation of a new ensuite to the main Bedroom at first floor and installation of a new breathable floor slab at ground floor to replace a C.20th concrete slab to the cottage.
