Variation of condition 2(approved drawings) pursuant to plannning permission ref. no. 20/AP/1931: Construction of a two-storey rear extension at ground and first floor levels and a mansard roof extension. Variation sought: creation of additional dormer to front slope, an additional window to the side elevation and replacement of cycle storage with a water collection butt.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved drawings) pursuant to plannning permission ref. no. 21/AP/0245: 'Construction of a single storey side extension'. Variation sought: Increase in roof height and relocation of rooflights to create a mezzanine floor.

Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref. 22/AP/3632 dated 31.03.2023 for the 'Demolition of an existing two-storey dwellinghouse and the construction of a 3-storey with basement dwellinghouse'. Variations sought: The eaves on the northern side of the proposed dwelling would be raised to the same level as the rest of the roof, the rear roof slope would be realigned as a single slope, the single rooflight on the rear roof slope would be removed and one of the rear dormers would be repositioned.

Variation of Condition 6 (Site Contamination) pursuant to 21/AP/1207 [Redevelopment of the site to construct seven storey office building (Class E(g)) with roof terrace, plus basement with ancillary cycle parking, refuse storage, including plant facilities and installation of PV panels and green roof] to include wording 'excluding demolition and site clearance'.

A variation (minor material amendment) of condition 1 for planning application reference number: 20/AP/3252 dated 06/01/2021 for Construction of a three storey rear extension and single storey front extension to provide additional residential floorspace to existing flats (change from 9 x 1 bedroom flats to 5 x 1 bedroom and 4 x 2 bedroom flats): amendments - two storey roof extension over main builidng and five storey rear extension.

Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/1831 dated 25/08/2020 for Construction of a single storey rear and side extension and rear dormer extension with three roof lights to the front roof slope. The proposed amendments include: Increase length of first floor rear outrigger.
