Demolition of existing outbuilding/garage, pool enclosure and ancillary sheds/storerooms. Two storey annexe. Single storey glazed link to connect new single storey pool hall and annexe to existing house. Existing pool level to be reduced to existing house ground floor level. New zinc clad lift tower on northern end to enclose single passenger lift from ground to 1st floor.

Removal of two existing garden sheds and construction of a new one storey, one bedroom house to the rear of the existing property.
