Regularise development carried out in accordance with permission 18/0727/S73 due to completion of development prior to discharge of conditions 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 18 comprising: Demolition of existing building and erection of new three storey building to create 4no. self contained flats, including lower ground floor level and rooms in roof space. Variation of Condition 13 (No Development Otherwise Permitted) of planning permission 18/5186/S73 dated 02/10/2018 for `Variation of Condition 1 (Plan Numbers) pursuant to planning permission 17/6423/FUL dated 22/11/2017 for `Erection of a two-storey dwelling house with rooms in roof following demolition of the existing house. Associated parking, landscaping and refuse storage.` Amendment include lowering of the proposed house by 300mmm, change to front, side and rear fenestration.' Variations to include removal of Condition 13.
