Single storey side and part single, part two storey rear extension, following demolition of existing rear garage.' Variation to include, insertion of garage door instead of window to font elevation, timber fence instead of brick boundary wall to side, squaring off of the corner of the single storey rear / side extension and reduction in width of single storey rear / side extension, amended rooflight positions and increase height of parapet wall by 175mm
