This application is further to listed building consents S/1045/13/LB and S/2616/14/LB and seeks to renew the permission for the works to be carried out including: 1. Extend the single storey lean-to lobby on the north elevation; 2. Alterations to the Listed Barn including: - Infill and insulate the covered entrance lean-to; - Replace the double height window on the rear (west) elevation; - New staircase and replacement landing balustrade; - New internal doors; 3. Alterations to open up the living accommodation in the modern link including: - Infill window on north elevation and form new rooflights. - Replacement windows and doors; - Raising the floor by between 150-200mm; 4. Alterations to the modern annexe to include: - New external and internal doors; - New replacement windows; - New staircase; - New insulated solid floor; - New rooflights
