Ground and first floor internal alterations to the main dwelling. Demolition of the existing single-storey Garden Room and adjoining Side Entrance and Store Rooms, and erection of replacement single-storey, cross duel pitched Garden Room and Side Entrance. Demolition of existing single-storey pitched roof Pool House structure, and erection of replacement single-storey flat roofed Pool House structure. Demolition of existing garden Tea House, and erection of a replacement garden Tea House.
