Sycamore trees - raise canopy and remove lower branches that are touching the garage roofs of East Barn and The Byre, located along the entrance into the development.

1. Ash tree in rear garden re pollard 2. Elder tree at rear of no 2 has lots of dead wood ,overhanging garage roof of no1,reduce by 30%.

T1) Beech Tree next to house to be trimmed and pollard by about 2 metres from the top. T2) Fir tree at bottom of garden - remove broken section. T3) Norwegian Spruce near the garage - remove the 2 lower branches T4) Permission to trim the front of the tree near the house by removing 1 limb overhanging the small wooden bridge.

T1 - Corsican Pine Tree, to remove 2 lower limbs hanging over sheds and garage below and have major deadwood removed from the crown.

Fell Sycamore to ground level,due to root system causing major disruption to the fence and its close proximity to neighbour's garage located in rear garden.

T1) Yew Tree - fell, located next to garage. T2) Laurel Tree -fell, located next to garage. T3) Magnolia Grandiflora - fell, located next to garage. T4) Griselinia shrub - fell, located next to garage. T5 & T6) Cordyline Palm trees - fell, located in front area adjacent to garage. T7) Elaeagnus shrub- fell, located in rear garden.

Fell False Acacia (Robina Pseudoacacia) - Located by the entrance to the garage (shown by the red dot on the plan).

T1 Re-pollard Lime tree on boundary wall (close to garage) by 2.5m to previous pollard .T2 Partial spread reduction of Leylandii by 1.5m on side where it is encroaching on Magnolia tree. T3 Partial spread reduction of Leylandii by 1.5m on side & top where it is encroaching on Magnolia tree.

T1) Yew tree - end of garden, left boundary, reduce back large branch over lawn side, reduce back by 50% and tidy back from lawn. T2) Apple tree - adjacent Yew tree, lift low outer canopy for head room and reduce crown down to its previous cutting and oval top. T3) Apple tree - far right corner rear garden, reduce crown to its previous cutting points. T4) Damson tree - fruit tree area, reduce main stem to its second crown area and tidy top growth. T5) Ash tree - right boundary is densely covered in Ivy on main stem, sever ivy at the point top of the neighbours boundary fence and reduce gap of 2m allowing the ivy above to die off. T8) Cut down Holly tree located to the front of the Horse Chestnut tree. T9) Walnut tree - sever ivy from the base and 2m allowing to die off above. 10) Laurel - side of garage, reduce back the stem over the lawn and trim back other outer growth to balance the growth.

T1. Palm tree - removal, T2. Holly - removal and T3. Cordyline tree - removal, 3 trees located to rear of garage alongside boundary. T4. Eucalyptus - removal, tree located to rear of house, alongside boundary.
