Variation of Condition 2 to approved planning application 19/01726/FUL ( Improvement to surface of an existing agricultural access) to alter users of access track to 'The access track shall only be used by agricultural vehicles for purposes directly related to agriculture save for up to a maximum of twenty days per calendar year when it can be used with or without vehicles for any purpose related to events held at Beechwood Equestrian Centre and/or fields immediately to the rear of Beechwood Equestrian Centre'.
