Details of new external windows and doors, front entrance door, rooflights, roof level plant enclosure, railings, chimneypieces, internal doors, architraves, new cornices and skirtings pursuant to Condition 5 (parts i-viii) of listed building consent dated 8th December 2022 (RN:22/06706/LBC)

Details pursuant to Condition 5 (part 7) of listed building consent dated 27th August 2021 (RN: 20/04311/LBC), namely details of new windows and roof lights, each type and location showing relationship to original fabric

Roof works to include removal of existing dark grey roof slates and leadwork. Lead weir behind cornice to be fixed. Render to be replaced with lime render and Keim mineral paint. Iron balcony railings, decorative supports and metal bracing at front porch will be corrosion proofed. Other repair work includes repointing of any missing mortar on brickwork with lime mortar, repair of chipped porch triglyphs and any other chipped architectural detail and the exterior painting of ail surfaces. Asphalt balcony flooring at first floor level will be inspected and repaired due to deterioration and leaking. If necessary to prevent future damage to structure below, it will be replaced with the identical material, colour and finish, and downpipe will be repaired as required with cast iron to match original. At third floor rear, modern rear balcony flooring will be renewed with the Centaur waterproofing system. Glazing bars at modern rear roof lantern will be inspected and overhauled as required and bottom of modem timber vault door frame at basement level will be repaired. Any historic timber windows requiring repair will be repaired with Window Care resin and any reglazing done with linseed oil putty. Damaged or missing flaunchings at chimney will be renewed with lime render.

Horizontal extension at 8th and 9th floor level; extensions at upper levels to create four new storeys plus plant enclosure to create Class E floorspace; alterations and refurbishment to existing windows and facades; structural alterations and repositioning of cores; creation of new and refurbished entrances on Gresham Street and at the junction of Aldermanbury and Love Lane; creation of inset balconies and roof terraces at levels 8, 10 and 12; , removal and replacement of new plant and installation of PV; public realm improvements for new hard and soft landscaping and the provision of retail frontages and retail units to Aldermanbury; provision of cycle storage and other works incidental to the development.
