Discharge of Condition Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 & 10 of DC/14/2677/FUL - Conversion of a barn to holiday accommodation, including the raising of the roof of the building.

Discharge of Condition Nos 3 and 8 of DC/20/2627/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Conversion of an existing curtilage listed Barn to form a single dwelling with associated works as well as associated external works. Works to retain the timber structure of the barn and leave it exposed on the inside of the barn, include proposals to lift the structure to achieve adequate head height at first floor level, and construct new external wall to the outside (as shown on Plan detail on drawing SK004) (The barn has previously received approval, ref: DC/17/1830/FUL) - Condition 3 - Prior to any works to the roof structure, details of replacement oak roof structure to be supplied to include junction with existing frame, representative construction joints, layout and specification of all framing members (purlins rafters, braces etc,) and scantlings shall be submitted and approved by LPA and Condition 8 - Prior to the installation of the rooflights, large scale drawings of details, materials, opening method, glazing and colours shall be submitted and approved by the LPA.

Discharge of Condition Nos. 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of DC/20/4205/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Conversion of dilapidated outbuilding to rear of no.10-12 Market Hill. Conversion to create a 2 bedroom residential dwelling. Works involve minor internal alterations including the creating of a new staircase and removal of small sections of existing walls to allow for new internal doors. External works involve the creation of a new opening to the rear elevation for a double door and Juliette balcony, a new opening within the roof for a single rooflight, refurbishment of existing windows doors, brickwork to be repointed, cladding to be repainted (black) and the existing roof finish to be replaced where necessary with tiles to match existing - (i) Full details of new and reinstated windows, Juliet balcony, external doors, rooflight, rainwater goods. (ii) Full details of staircase, reconfiguration of steps to change in level to rear wing, internal doors; service pipe runs (iii) Specification and method statement for cleaning and repointing of brickwork Thereafter, all work must be carried out using the approved materials and in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that any new detailing and materials will not harm the traditional/historic character of the building: the application does not include the necessary details for consideration.
