Discharge of Condition Nos. 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of DC/21/0143/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Alterations and Rear Extension - manufactures details of the brick to the extension including the type, colour, texture, size, brick bond, mortar mix/ colour and joint finish, large scale sections and details of the parapet wall to the extension including capping detail, together with roofing material and how this is to be flashed to the parapet wall, manufacturers details of the roof tile, including its profile, material and color to be supplied, large scale joinery details of all new windows and doors/ door frames, both external and internal (including vertical and horizontal sections and details of glazing, ironmongery and finish), manufactures details/large scale sectional drawings (including details of how the lantern sits in relation to the roof surface, showing upstands, materials and colour), manufacture details including the model and exact size and details of the rooflight and large scale details of the bay window's construction, including sections vertically thought the eaves/cornice, and relationship to masonry, windows/doors and cill and horizontally though the mullions/corner posts, etc. together with details of all materials/finishes to walls and roof

Discharge of Condition No.3 of DC/19/4816/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Minor internal and external alterations - Door and Window details which highlight ironmongery and finishes have been provided by C.W. Ellis Joinery. Please refer to the Parker-Day Designs drawing for Fanlight details. The Fanlight metalwork can be painted white to match 18 Rectory Street, Halesworth. Extent for pointing and perished brick replacement is being completed on an as needed basis. The pointing is pretty degraded throughout the front elevation. The materials used for the pointing include mortar with red dye for the base and lime for the white. A patch test was completed and sent to planning for comment by our client. The conservations officer's comments regarding joint size within Matthew Gee's email dated 28/07/2020 have been noted by the builder. Please refer to approved drawing 20005-11_REV C which shows the area of localised repointing. There will now not be any insulation or underlining of the cellar ceiling. The re-roofing of the rear range will not be completed right away. Our client will send additional details at a later date. There will be no alterations to the built in kitchen cupboard. With regards to the new floor construction to the back room and former kitchen areas. Please refer to our drawing 20005-10_REV C which was issued to Planning on 7th May 2020.

Discharge of Conditions Nos. 4 and 8 of DC/13/2545/VOC - Variation of Condition 2 of DC/12/0029/FUL - Construction of a replacement dwelling. Minor material amendment including alteration to some window and door design, removal of louvred shutters, material change of soffit from metal to timber, roof material change to sarnafil, slight dome to roof and removal of sides of garage and slight change to its footprint. Information received required by condition nos. 4, 6, 7 & 9 - 11- hard and soft landscaping details, confirmation that stable building has been demolished, details of wall facing/roof materials and contamination report.
