Submission of details of external facing materials (including manufacturer's specifications, photograph samples) comprising of external walls, roof coverings, conservatory glazing and garage opening pursuant to condition 3 of planning application ref: 2021/02322/LBC granted 16th September 2021.

Details to partially discharge Condition 7 (1:20 drawings of a typical bay of each elevation); Condition 8 (external facing and roofing materials); Condition 9 (schedule and specification of all internal works); Condition 10 (1:20 drawings of the proposed works, repair and restoration of all internal spaces); and Condition 11 (samples of all new and replacement internal materials) for Phase 3 (construction of the CDI building only) of Listed Building Consent (ref. 2020/01525/LBC) dated 13 May 2021.
