Amendments sought are the repositioning of access hatches to roof of rear extension; and internal boarding of two windows in internal hall and WC access to main building to comply with Building Regulations.' Amendments to include 'Ground Floor: change to entrance door of the new reception, addition of firefighting riser to north elevations of the extension, change to bin store; First Floor: off setting of Bed 25 door to ensuite, lift shaft to be made of brick work as opposed to timber stood, and retention of Bed 24 wall; Second Floor: alterations to roof terrace coping stone; Boundary Wall: alterations to boundary gates; North Elevations & Sections: minor change to pre-cast panels, and fire riser, door and coping stone picked up; Brickwork: brick protrudes have been reduced to 15mm.

Variation to part of the wording of conditions 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10 of planning application ref: 2019/00733/LBC granted 28th April 2020 for the 'Alterations and extensions to the Grade II listed building including the demolition of the summer house, erection of a part-one, part-two and part-three storey extension and excavation of a partial basement beneath the extension, in connection with the use of the site as a 33-bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) together with the demolition and replacement of front and side boundary walls, and re-instatement of a means of access to the highway on Daisy Lane.' Amendment to part of the wording of condition 4 to change from 'Prior to the commencement of any works' to 'Prior to the commencement of any works to the listed building', amendments to part of the wording of conditions 6, 8, and 10 from 'Prior to the commencement of any works' to 'Prior to the commencement of relevant works to the Listed Building', amendment to the wording of condition 9 from 'Prior to the relevant part of the works commencing, a method Statement for the protection of internal and external architectural details and historic building fabric' to 'Prior to the commencement of relevant works commencing, the following Method Statements for the protection of architectural details and historic building fabric during the works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council : A) a method Statement for the protection of internal architectural details and historic building fabric shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to commencement of relevant works to the Listed Building, B) a method Statement for the protection of external architectural details and historic building fabric shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to commencement of any works on site.'
