Construct a first floor extension over an existing storage room between the house and garage. The storage room is approximately 2.4m (wide) x 6m (long) and will increase the length of the house by approximately 2.4m. Internally, the two bedrooms at this end of the house will be enlarged and each will have an ensuite shower room added.

Include recently purchased land into property. Develop the existing garage to look more like the house, in outline as follows: a. to change roof of garage to reflect the roof pitch and style of the cottage b. to replace existing metal garage door with windows in the style of the cottage and to convert the space into a studio for hobbies and exercise with a shower/toilet c. possibly to include a new dormer window in same style as the cottage and staircase to make use of space in roof void (not shown on sketches) d. to erect new separate timber (oak) double garage with wooden doors and tiled roof in keeping with cottage

Following our previous application (19/02766/HOU) we attach our revised sketch scheme drawing to show existing garage being extended and adapted to better serve the house. This arrangement we hope creates a better arrangement with the adjacent listed granary, and omits the previous new entrance wall and gates.

Conversion of integral garage to form additional living space and erection of detached garage and workshop/home office to the front of the property

Reconfiguration of existing 1960s small brick garage to include office space, removal of existing garage doors and replacement with windows to match existing. Reconfiguration of attic space to include windows to attic room 2, and separate entry to existing bedrooms; bathroom. Replacement of external and internal doors to traditional solid oak. Replacement of existing modern radiators to traditional radiators in keeping with the style of the property. New detached garage: Remove existing decayed timbered garage, removal of lawn and flower beds to replace with new brick triple garage, to a maximum of 9.75m wide x 6.7m deep. Bricks to match existing bricks to house as far as possible, and pitched tiled roof to match house.

Addition of a first storey on top of the existing, a small side extension, a linked double garage at 90 degrees to the original bungalow (therefore creating an "L" shaped house)
