Variation of Condition 5 attached to Planning Permission 19/01210/HOU dated 25/07/2019 to allow alterations to roof from asymmetric hipped roof in conjunction with flat roof to double-hipped roof

Minor Material Amendment (S73 application) for the Variation of Condition 2 attached to Reserved Matters permission 20/01885/REM dated 26.11.2020 to allow changes to approved drawings consisting of: - Amalgamation of plots 1 and 2 and associated external alterations to the elevations and parking; - Alteration of the roof profile/pitch of t garages approved with the Hazel house type (plots 61, 62 and 63); and - Installation of 1.2m hit and miss fence with planted climbers between parking spaces P47 and P48.

Variation of Condition 2 attached to Planning Permission 20/01660/HOU dated 27/10/2020 to allow for the addition of new heat pump, new front gates not higher than 1.8m, green roof to approved extension and increase of roof to approved extension by 200mm, change of window/door in utility room and omission of open porch to side elevation.

Variation of Condition 3 attached to Planning Permission 19/02775/HOU dated 11/02/2020 to adjust the requirement from materials approved to the materials as installed; - concrete roof tile to natural slate] - first floor render to Marley Cedral board - Upvc fenestration to polyester powder coated aluminium - relocate rooflight.

Variation of Condition 2 attached to Planning Permission 20/00146/HOU dated 16/03/2020 to allow 2 rooflights to be incorporated into the roof of the new extension, 1 rooflight in the front above the new bathroom and 1 rooflight in the rear above the new bedroom.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) attached to Planning Permission 19/02869/FUL dated 17/03/2020 to substitute alternative drawings for those already consented. The proposed changes comprise the following: a) Replace the square metal clad dormer windows with traditional pitched dormer windows. b) Provide new high level roof lights to the single storey family room. c) Extend the single storey family room by 2.9m. Please note that the building will still avoid the root protection area of the adjacent trees and will not impact the Arboricultural Impact Assessment previously issued. d) Provide a timber framed and clad garage and car port to replace the consented double car port. Please note that the access to the new dwelling is unchanged from the current planning consent.
