Variation of Condition 2 (Materials), Condition 4 (Hard and Soft Landscaping), Condition 8 (Vehicle Parking), Condition 11 (Energy Performance) and Condition 13 (List of Approved Drawings) attached to planning permission 08/00084/FUL (appeal reference APP/N1730/A/08/2076453) dated 02/12/2008, as amended by non-material minor amendment (ref: 22/02406/NMMA). The amendments proposed are: - Increase to height of the building by 1.5m - Two storey side addition to the rear projection of the building - Introduction of front roof extension and two dormers to rear projection - Alterations to openings to front elevation of building, rear elevation of rear projection and introduction of 4 windows and two doorways (fire exits) - Installation of three roof lights - 332 sqm of floorspace at 1st floor for ancillary spaces to car showroom

Variation of Condition 3 attached to Planning Permission 21/01610/HOU dated 23/08/2021 to change the approved roof tiles from Dreadnought Dark Heather Plain Roof Tiles to Marley Acme Double Camber Plain Roof Tiles (colour Burnt Flame), and variation of Condition 2 to amend the approved plans to reflect the change to the approved materials.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) attached to Planning Permission 21/02066/HOU dated 01/10/2021 to amend the drawings to allow for- Roof insulation, roof falls and parapet are required on part of the roof. First floor reorganisation to allow more usable bedroom space (the planning approved design has small and impractical bedroom sizes). The cill heights on the dormer windows (an hence the width of the dormer windows) will need to adjusted to comply with Building Regulations.

Minor Material Amendment (S73 application) for the Variation of Condition 2 attached to Reserved Matters permission 20/01885/REM dated 26.11.2020 to allow changes to approved drawings consisting of: - Amalgamation of plots 1 and 2 and associated external alterations to the elevations and parking; - Alteration of the roof profile/pitch of t garages approved with the Hazel house type (plots 61, 62 and 63); and - Installation of 1.2m hit and miss fence with planted climbers between parking spaces P47 and P48.
