Side of drive: T1. Portugal Laurel cut back upper crown to match line of understay and prune to clear phone cable. The laurel is located to the right hand side of the drive. Reduction of the upper crown section to the line of the lower under story section to reduce the enroachment of the bed area, to reduce the enroachment onto the phone cable and to enhance the aesthetics. T2 Cypress: Reduce extended laterals growing towards the phone cable . The Cypress is located to the right hand side of the drive. Reduction of the extended laterals to reduce the encroachment from the phone cable allowing suitable clearance. T3 Holly: Reduce back extended laterals on front elevation side by approximate 1 - 1.5m of the branch length. The Holly is located to the right hand side of the drive. Reduction of the extended laterals to reduce the encroachment over the bed area, to retain suitable light levels to this area for future planting. Adjacent to boundary fence. G4 2 x Suppressed Holly: Fell to ground level and poison. G4 2x Suppressed Holly: The 2x Holly is located to the right hand side of the drive adjacent to the boundary fence. The trees are suppressed due to dominant trees and leaning over the boundary fence and in to the neighbouring property. T5 Maple remove whole lowest limb, Remove 3 x smaller lowest limbs. T5 Maple: The Maple is located to the right hand side of the drive adjacent to the boundary fence. Removal of Low Limbs to allow more suitable light levels in to the area for future tree planting within the adjacent bed area. T6 Maple: Remove whole lowest growing over neighbouring garden.

Cypress hedge rear garden - Fell to ground level and grind stump to a depth of approximately 300mm below adjacent ground level, backfill grindings into stump hole and leave excess in situ 2m tall hedge approximately 4m long, works to open up garden. T3. Hawthorn x 3 rear boundary - Fell to ground level and grind stump to a depth of approximately 300mm below adjacent ground level, backfill grindings into stump hole and leave excess in situ 4-5m tall trees, works to allow for new landscaping of rear boundary. T4. Rear Garden Left Hand Side, G1 - Mixed Species Hedge, Fell as close to ground level as possible. Entire hedge and fence panels to be removed as well as ivy. Rear Garden Right Hand Side, G2 - Mixed Species Shrubs, Prune back all shrubs from fence to give 2 metres clearance. Rear Garden, G3 - Mixed Species Trees & Shrubs, Strim all brambles in remainder of rear garden and sever ivy on garage and Cherry. All three section are located at the rear of the property. Due to the ill health of the gentleman living in the property the garden has been over grown and has become a hazard and inaccessible. Fell 33 Conifers,, Laurels and Privet . Reason = to reinstate our boundary line. The fencing on the boundary line is damaging the fencing and pushing out. In addition it is to make the boundary safe. Replacement trees = yes as part of garden redesign. Type and position not yet known.

Prunus Avium (wild cherry) - fell. I have a small garden and when in leaf it shades over 2/3 of the garden. The canopy span is from one neighbours fence to other. I applied to have the tree felled in 2020, and subsequently decided to have it pruned by about 30 percentage. This is a fast growing tree, it was back to the previous size within 9 months. So I don't see, I have any other option, other than to have the tree felled. I would replace with a smaller ornamental tree such as a Acer or similar.

General cut back to both sides of rear boundary trees at rear of 4 Hillfield Road and 40 Oakwood Close. No trees rae to be taken down completely. This is a cut back of overhanging trees on both sides of the boundary fence.
