T2. Crab Apple adjacent to item 1 - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metres. 7x6m down to 5.5x4.5m to maintain the size in proportion to its position. T3. Cryptomeria by garage - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 8m tall tree leaning, touching garage mainly dead. T4. Apple rear garden - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. 9x8m down to 7x6m to encourage fruiting spurs. T5. Yew by tennis court - Crown Lift to provide half a metres clearance from chain link fence 6m tall tree works to prevent further damage to fence.

Submission of a tree protection plan pursuant to condition 4 of permission 22/01467/F. Erection of detached house.

Robinia - In the front garden to have a 1.5m crown reduction, to maintain the height and spread of the tree, within the proximity to the house and road. Yew tree - Reduce the height by 2.5m and reshape to maintain the natural form. Scots Pine tree - Fell. The reason is the proximity to the house, the weight of branches towards the house and it is growing through the Yew tree branches.

T1. Yew Tree. Crown lift by 2m over garage to allow roof replacement. T2. Yew Tree. Reduce height by 2.5m. Shorten lateral branches above the lawn by 1.5m. Shorten branches adjacent to the house by 2.5m. All this pruning is to remove the tree from the house and maintain a natural form and shape. T3. Ash Tree. Reduce size of the crown by 50%. The tree has Chalara disease and this strategy will hopefully provoke the stress reaction to create new growth, thus enabling the tree to survive for many more years.

Cherry (T1) - Fell because of damage to existing driveway and proximity to house
